Our Policies

Reservation

A credit card, cash deposit, bank transfer or travel agency voucher (applicable for travel agents on approved credit list) must guarantee all confirmed reservations. We reserve the right to release non guaranteed reservations. We would need at least 50% of the invoice value as advance deposit to guarantee any booking.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days, there will be 100% cancellation fee.

Early Arrivals / Late Check-ins

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.

We recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night if the arrival is early in the morning and the room is required on arrival.

No Smoking

Our Property is a fully non smoking one. For smoking we request you to kindly step outside the property.
