Terms & Conditions
- All photo shoots are charged as INR 25,000 a day, with security deposit of INR 10,000.
- Entire amount should be received by us at least a day prior.
- It should be under 8 hours shiftg., 7am - 3pm / 8am - 4pm.
- Additional hours should be charged at INR 2500 per hour.
- Late reporting would not be considered for late pack-up
- Security Deposit will be refunded within a week in case if no damage happens.
- Any replacement of art installations or shifting one item from one suite / room to other without management’s permission would be termed as damage and therefore your security deposit would be forfeited.
- The entire property is a no-smoking zone. For smoking you may step outside the property.
- Filtered water is free and will be refilled upon request. Bottled water will be charged on actuals.
- The team strength should not exceed 10 people.
- Please brief us prior about your lighting arrangement that you want for your photoshoot. We will only allow standard flash lights for still photoshoot. In case you want to use extra lights for filming, please consult us beforehand.
- We will allot you one room for the needful, should you need another room, it would be charged extra for the same.
- Upon your check-in our house staff will show you your room and help you settle in.
